By using kinaia, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Use of Service

Kinaia is an AI assistant add-in for Microsoft Office applications. You may use it for personal or commercial purposes. You are responsible for the content you generate and must ensure it complies with applicable laws and regulations.

Accounts and Billing

The free tier requires no account. Pro and Team plans require an email address. Billing is handled through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Intellectual Property

Content you create using kinaia belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of any output. The kinaia software, branding, and service design are our intellectual property.

Limitation of Liability

Kinaia is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to inaccurate AI-generated content, service interruptions, or data loss.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
